What are the features of the Oral B Waterjet

The Oral B Waterjet is a fixed device and is not designed for travel. It is solid, which allows it to have a large tank capacity of 600 milliliters and to remain perfectly stable on the edge of your bathroom sink. You have a support if you want to fix your hydropulseur on the wall.

Its design is harmonious and its sober colors, in blue and white, match any bathroom. The handle of the jet is ergonomic and comfortable. You hold it in your hand and activate its on/off button with your thumb.

Oral B Waterjet comes with 4 cannulas on which you place different colored rings so that the device can be used by different members of the family. The cannulas have a storage space.

Waterjet can be used as a single jet when you target specific points, such as interdental spaces, or as a multi-jet when you perform a global cleaning and take advantage of the opportunity to massage the gums.

The pressure of the jet is adjustable from the base of the device, thanks to a knob that has 5 levels.

Oral B Waterjet: instructions for use

Following our test, we could see that the Waterjet tank is sufficient for several sessions. Remember to rinse it before refilling and occasionally wash it more thoroughly. This is even more important if your water is very hard: the scale that accumulates must be eradicated, as it represents a nest for bacteria.

If you don't use your device for a while, when you go on vacation for example, remember to empty the tank so that the water doesn't stagnate. If you want to add some taste, you can add a little mouthwash to the tank.

Choose the single-jet function to clean your teeth and reach the gaps between the teeth. The pressure setting can be the strongest, unless you have problems with your teeth and gums.

For a gum massage, use the multi-jet. It is pleasant and beneficial, because it stimulates the blood circulation of your gums, very precious to innervate all the tissues which maintain your teeth in their cavity.

If there are several of you using it, you can run it continuously for 15 minutes, but then you'll need to give it two hours to cool down.

Our opinion on Oral B Waterjet

Oral B Waterjet is effective and the ability to choose the pressure level is appreciated. It is perfect for a family with its large reservoir and four cannulas. Its wall mounting is a definite plus to relieve your shelf or sink edge. Its dual purpose cleaning-massage is also an asset.

If you really have to find a small flaw, the length of its hose is a bit short, which forces you to fix it very close to your sink.
