Whitecare Whitening Kit: Instructions for use

On the first day of treatment, it is a good idea to evaluate your tooth shade with the help of the shade guide, in order to judge your progress at the end of treatment.

Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth well. Then wipe your teeth with a wipe soaked in the spray, without rinsing.

Spread the whitening gel on each side of the tray. Don't overuse the gel, the important thing is that it covers your teeth well, without spilling over your gums.

Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your jaws on it. Turn on the LED lamp that you will have clipped on the gutter and let it work for 20 minutes.

Rinse your mouth and clean the mouthpiece at the end of the session. You should not eat, drink or smoke for 15 minutes after the test.

Repeat the operation daily until the gel is exhausted. Measure your progress with the color chart.

If you feel discomfort or sensitivity due to hydrogen peroxide, use the remineralizing gel to restructure your toothenamel. Place the gel in the gutter and let it work for 5 minutes, without using the lamp. Do not rinse and avoid eating or drinking immediately, to prolong its action. It will be naturally evacuated by your saliva.
